We’re excited to officially introduce the brand-new marina docks at Denali RV Resort & Marina, located at 328 Lakeview Resort Blvd, Sunrise Beach, MO 65079. Thoughtfully designed and beautifully positioned on Lake of the Ozarks, our new docks are now leasing and will be available for use beginning in January.

Whether you’re looking for a long-term home base on the lake or planning ahead for the upcoming season, Denali offers a modern, professionally managed marina experience designed for ease, security, and elevated lake life.

A New Gateway to Lake Life

Our marina was built with both convenience and community in mind. These are brand-new docks, designed to provide easy access, ample space, and a seamless experience for boat owners who want to spend more time enjoying the lake and less time worrying about logistics.

Denali serves as a true gateway to Lake of the Ozarks—a place where boating, relaxation, and resort-style amenities come together.

Marina Features & Policies

To ensure a high-quality experience for all slip holders, our marina offers:

• Utilities included (water, electric, and Wi-Fi)
• Ample on-site parking
• Security and video surveillance on all docks
• Boat lifts allowed with Marina Management approval
• Lifts may be brought in on trade
• Basic service and maintenance permitted with prior approval
• Pleasure boating only (live-aboard is not permitted)
• Gas dock and ship store coming in 2026

Slip Sizes & Annual Pricing

We currently offer the following slip options:

• 12 × 32 slips: $6,144 per year
• 16 × 40 slips: $8,160 per year

Utilities are included with all slips.

Our docks will be ready for use in January, making now the perfect time to secure your spot and start planning your time on the water. Availability is limited, and we’re currently focused on long-term slip leases for boaters looking to establish a consistent home base at Lake of the Ozarks.
